I’ve been in IT for a while. My first commercial computer application was distributed in 1981 on 8 inch floppy disks. My most recent commercial application, CheckWriter, written in 2004, is still sold on the web.
Since 1998 I have been working in the contact center industry. My associates and I have developed software and provided custom integration and support for predictive dialers, automated data based IVR systems, agent interfaces, CRM, operations and Business Process Automation systems. Our group of associates have skill sets that span the industry so you can have a single source for all your call center technology needs.
